Radial tires are the best. My dad's big bear had maxxis bias plys that we switched with carlisle? badlands radials - what a difference. The radials don't flex their sidewalls from side to side, keeping it more stable in off-caber situations (which there are a lot of here in the mountains).

Great show! I have a polaris 700 sportsman. I need new tires, I mainly ride harpacked trails with hills etc., and some deep mud and water. In the winter i snow plow and do alot of snow riding. What would be? the best choice for maximum performance in theses areas without any ride,handling or power loss?? Thanks

Zman1234boy. Yes and no. They don't allow u to travel as fast as a little bigger tire but they do give u better low end power. Big tires take away some power. I would go with a bigger tire tho. Run about 26- 28 inch tires. They are the best? sizes

I've got a Polaris Hawkeye, so a pretty small engine, only 300CCs. I've been? trying to decide which tire to buy. Price is a concern, but I'm also looking for a 6 ply tire, that won't rob performance from my quad. The stock tires are 22x10x12, and 22x10x7, I've been looking for 23 inch diameter tires. What do you think of the AMS Swamp fox? I don't do a lot of mud riding, but really hate getting stuck. So I'd like an all terrain tire, that does good in mud too. What do you suggest? Thanks
